Sarah Paserpskis is providing pelvic floor physical therapy for women and men at Baptist Health Therapy Center-Fort Smith at 624 Towson Ave., Suite B. She graduated with a doctor of physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2014.

Birch G. Wright is the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks' new associate medical center director. Wright has worked for the Veterans Administration since 2001, most recently as acting associate medical center director at the Gulf Coast VA Health Care System in Biloxi, Miss. He is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives, a graduate of the Executive Career Field Candidate Development program and Leadership VA, and a Robert W. Carey Excellence and Malcolm Baldridge examiner.

Elizabeth McClain was accepted as a new fellow in the education research category for the National Academy of Osteopathic Medical Educators of the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine. She joined Arkansas Colleges of Health Education in January as senior assistant provost and vice president of academic affairs. McClain was associate dean of academic affairs of William Carey College of Osteopathic Medicine and associate professor of medical education. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.

Shonda Jones was promoted by Farmers and Merchants Bank to vice president and trust officer at its Bank of Fayetteville. She is a University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, graduate and started working for The Bank of Fayetteville in 1993.

Jill Trader was promoted by Farmers and Merchants Bank to assistant vice president and audit director at its Bank of Fayetteville. Trader started working with the bank in May 2018 as internal auditor. She graduated from Bluffton College in Bluffton, Ohio, with degrees in accounting and business administration.

Melissa Reid was promoted by Farmers and Merchants Bank to assistant vice president and real estate loan officer at its Bank of Fayetteville. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and started with the bank in 2005 as loan assistant.

Beth Tiner was promoted by Farmers and Merchants Bank to assistant vice president and loan operations officer. She graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and began her career at The Bank of Fayetteville in 2000 as a teller. Tiner started working in the loan department in 2005.

Vicky Hansen was promoted by Farmers and Merchants Bank to assistant vice president and loan officer at Prairie Grove. She graduated Arkansas Banking School with a degree in consumer lending.
