Nipper-Richardson
Amanda Margaret Richardson became the bride of Stephan Lindall Nipper Jr. on March 23 at Cane Hill College in Cane Hill. The Rev. Steve Hancock officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mary and Robert Fontaine Richardson of Little Rock. Her grandparents are the late JoAnne Wallace Melekian of Santa Monica, Calif.; the late Bernard King Melekian of Pasadena, Calif.; and the late Elizabeth and Dr. Fount Richardson of Fayetteville.
Parents of the groom are Catherine and John B. Talpas of Hot Springs and Steve Nipper of Magnolia. He is the grandson of the late Miriam and Dr. Alex Tharp Gillespie of Little Rock and the late Mary Jean and Dr. Orris Wilborn Nipper of Magnolia.
After the ceremony, there was a reception at Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville.
The bride has a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and is pursuing a master of public service at the Clinton School of Public Service. She is director of culture, talent and performance at Arkansas Children's Inc.
The groom graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor's degree in management. He is an area supervisor for the Retzer Group Inc.
The couple will reside in Little Rock after a honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Knight-Mullins
Mishan Noch Mullins became the bride of Demetrius Deontre Knight on March 18 in Conway.
The bride is the daughter of Tammy Osborn and Jerry Mullins. The groom is the son of Marie Moore and Michael Knight.
