A three-vehicle wreck involving a truck in southwest Arkansas on Tuesday afternoon left a Texarkana man dead and a woman injured, Arkansas State Police said.

The crash occurred shortly after 3 p.m. near Ashdown in Little River County when a 2014 Dodge Charger traveling south on U.S. 71 crossed the center turn lane and veered into oncoming traffic, authorities said.

According to a preliminary report, the Charger then collided with a northbound Mack truck. The truck then crashed into a pickup.
