Decocrated

What's to love: Who knew there was a subscription service for those who really want to have a cute trendy space, but don't have the time or talent to pull it together? Decocrated (pronounced deco-crated) is a subscription service that keeps a home's decor on-trend and in season.

What does it do: Delivered four times a year, each subscription box arrives with a collection of home decor items matching the season. The fall box had eight items that included cute pillow covers, a wooden pedestal tray, a letter board, a piece of metal succulent wall art and other table decorations. The box comes with a booklet that gives inspiration, style tips and color suggestions. The boxes are available for $79.99 each every three months. More information is available here: decocrated.com.

Entry Liquid Ice Melt

What's to love: A de-icer that is safer for people, pets, gardens and lawns. Instead of using chloride salts to melt ice, which can be corrosive to property and hard on yards, Entry uses a "potassium formate blend."

What does it do: Now that cooler weather is here, it's never too early to plan for Arkansas ice storms. According to a news release from Branch Creek which makes the de-icer, Entry is chloride-free, safer to use around the home and has a Green Seal certification of Environmental Innovation. It's a liquid, residue-free formula that will melt snow and ice in less than 30 seconds. A half-gallon of Entry sells for $21.15 or $45.45 with a sprayer calibrated to the proper spray pattern.
