Ramon Ylanan, M.D., has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences orthopaedic clinical care practice in Fayetteville. Until the university establishes a clinic locally, he will practice at the Shoulder Center of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Bridgetown, Barbados in 2004 and is a fellow of the American Sports Medicine Institute at the Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Ala. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

Dr. Nathan Tobey has joined the pulmonary and critical care team at Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic. He completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, where he was a fellow in the Department of Pulmonary/Critical Care. He completed his residency at the Department of Medicine, University of Washington affiliated hospitals.

Claude John "CJ" Malone recently joined Washington Regional as director of pastoral care. He earned a master's degree from Cornerstone University and Seminary in Grand Rapids, Mich., and a doctorate from Louisiana Baptist University in Shreveport. He completed his pastoral residency at Hillcrest Healthcare Systems in Tulsa. Malone is the executive director for the Northwest Arkansas Clinical Pastoral Education Institute..

Dr. Andreas J. Chen has joined Mercy Clinic Orthopedics in Rogers. He will specialize in orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgery. Chen earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and Shriners Hospital for Children in Shreveport, La. He also completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Dr. Patrick Dickerson has joined Mercy Clinic Orthopedics in Rogers. He will specialize in orthopedic surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H., and a fellowship in sports and shoulder reconstruction at Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas in Greenville, S.C. He also earned a master of science in health care research from Dartmouth.

Paul Daidone, M.D., recently joined the Washington Regional Eureka Springs Family Clinic. He earned his medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine in St. George, Grenada, and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
