Wedding vows were exchanged by Susan Wren Van Ness and Corey Fuqua Allen at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Pratt Place Inn and Barn, Fayetteville. Erin and AJ Green of Little Rock officiated.

Jan and Lewis Van Ness of Little Rock are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of the late Elnora and James Wren of Platte City, Mo., and the late Laura Ann and Charles Van Ness of El Dorado.

The groom is the son of Karla and the late Beckham Allen of Little Rock. He is the grandson of Cheri Lee and the late Charles Furrow of North Little Rock and the late Lorena and Stephen Allen of Paducah, Ky.

The ceremony site was decorated with garlands of foliage embellished with floral medallions and large lighted trees holding wedding flowers and greenery. Music was by violinist George Millsap and Diamond Empire Band.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a light ivory A-line gown embellished with embroidered floral lace. She carried a hand-tied bouquet in shades of red, green, orange, purple and ivory.

The bride's honor attendants were Rachel Talley of Little Rock and Kelsey Hawthorne of New York. Bridesmaids were Lauren Van Ness, sister-in-law of the bride, and Abby Blevins, both of Little Rock; Ashley Van Ness, sister-in-law of the bride, and Erica Akel, both of Fayetteville; Robin Miller of Dallas; Laura Allen of Jonesboro; and Mallory Thomas of Houston.

They wore gowns of blush pink chiffon in various styles and carried a smaller version of the bridal bouquet.

Flower girl and ring bearers were Charlotte Wren Van Ness and William Charles Van Ness, both of Fayetteville, and Bowman James Van Ness of Little Rock, niece and nephews of the bride.

Brooks Bennett of Costa Mesa, Calif., was best man. Groomsmen were Hamilton Eubanks and Ross Quinn, both of Kansas City, Mo.; John Springer of Detroit; Hunter Kaufman, Patrick Necessary, Russell Goss and Charlie Van Ness, brother of the bride, all of Fayetteville; and Blayne Elliott, Chase Carmichael and Robert Van Ness, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock.

A reception at Pratt Place Barn followed the ceremony. Tables held a variety of arrangements which included green sunflowers in gilded pedestal bowls. Music was by Diamond Empire Band.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas Walton School of Business and is a media supervisor at the Integer Group.

The groom also attended the Walton School of Business and is a brokerage associate at Colliers International.

The couple will live in Northwest Arkansas.
