On Jan. 26, 2020, the Arkansas Democrat Gazette erroneously listed Hector Bove as an Arkansan filing for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in the Sunday “Bankruptcy Watch.” Felicia LeeAnn Spencer (aka Felicia LeeAnn Bove) was listed as “adba for Terra Capital Resources and Dreamscape Property SA, Baron Farming and B&L Delta Bay LLC, Togo Farming LLC, Merlin Trucking, LLC, and Raven Agriculture LLC”, which was also incorrect. Felicia LeeAnn Spencer filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, but she does not have an ownership interest nor has she been associated with the above stated companies. Furthermore, the above stated companies did not file for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy protection.

Paul Spencer and Scott Woods have not filed for bankruptcy. Their names were erroneously included in Sunday’s list of Arkansans who filed for bankruptcy.
