Dirty Streets will perform at 8:30 p.m. today at White Water Tavern in Little Rock. Admission is $5. Head over to Maxine's in Hot Springs at 9 p.m. Saturday for another chance to see Dirty Streets. Admission is also $5. They'll be joined there by Greasy Tree and Stephen Neeper and the Wildhearts.

Hailing from Memphis, a hub of soul and blues that crafted much of the world's modern music, Dirty Streets have spent years on the road and in the studio forging their own style. They've moved from do-it-yourself, independent recordings to ambitiously self-produced studio ventures over the course of five albums.
