Roberta and Charles Ross Harshaw of Little Rock will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married July 16, 1970. She is the former Roberta Ann Smiley and retired from Southwestern Bell. He retired from Entergy Arkansas. They are the parents of Yolanda McCallum, Roberta Cross and Ragan Harshaw, all of Little Rock. The couple have eight grandchildren.
