Noncritical violations: Several containers of food stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Door handles on the three-door, upright refrigerator and the wok preparation refrigerator have a build up of food and debris on the underside.

Critical violations: Employees have open drink containers on the prep table and bar. Bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food observed twice during inspection. Meat and lettuce and sauce on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Can opener not clean on the prep table. Red sauce and pasta in small hot hold at 112 degrees and 116 degrees (respectively) for no more than four hours max. Meatballs and chicken ready-to-eat food found in fridge uncovered and not date marked. Phones, keys and ear phones on food contact surfaces. Test strips not being used.

Employees rinsing hands under water in preparation sinks. No paper towels at the hand washing sink in the kitchen. Open package of tofu being used with a use by date of May 20, 2020. Unopened package in walk-in with the same date. Spray bottle under dish machine not labeled with contents.
