Noncritical violations: Equipment food contact services and utensils shall be cleaned before each use with a different type of raw animal food such as beef, fish, lamb, pork or poultry, unless in contact with a succession of different types of raw meat and poultry each requiring a higher cooking temperature. A chlorine solution shall measure 50-100 mg/L at a temperature of 75 degrees to 100 degrees. Food shall be discarded if it has not been used within seven days. No ingredients or manufactures information on breads and sweet breads in self serve case. Packages of frozen fish are not labeled properly. Reusing single use containers to store marinade and lard. Containers are not clean and it looks like one of the lids could have come from a chemical container.
