The FBI Little Rock bureau believes an Arkansan may be the victim of a kidnapping in Mexico, authorities said.
The bureau tweeted Monday that authorities are seeking the safe return of Luis Davila.
Davila was last seen near Monterrey, Mexico on March 29, the post read.
He was last seen driving a silver 2016 Nissan Maxima with Arkansas plate 936-VET, according to the FBI.
