Hazel Curtis Siems

Hazel Curtis Siems passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at her home in Kingstree at the age of 91. She was born April 12, 1919, to Ralph C. and Lilian Kumler Curtis, in Stuttgart, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Henry J. Siems on March 27, 1939. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents; two brothers; and four sisters. She is survived by one sister, Ruby Dickerson of Burlington, NJ; two children, a daughter, Allawayne Carr of Berryville, Arkansas; and a son, Curtis Siems of Kingstree, S.C. She also leaves four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was a longtime member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Stuttgart.
