Walsie Hurd McNabb

Walsie Hurd McNabb, age 77, of Scotland, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2010. She was born December 27, 1932, in Point Peter, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Luther and Ida Hunter Hurd. She was homemaker, a member of the Scotland Methodist Church and Ladies VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include two sons, Mike McNabb of Scotland and Paul James McNabb and wife Demaris of Illinois; two brothers, James Hurd of Hawaii and Junior Hurd of Oregon; four sisters, Yvonne Whitworth of Texas, Nettie Virnig of Hot Springs, Cody Matthis of Harrison, and Dell Lee White of Washington; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 27, at Scotland Baptist Church with Rev. Ester Bass officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
