Shirley Meacham, a 17 year State Representative from Monroe County, died Saturday. Survived by Sons Kirby Meacham Jr. (Sissy) of Monroe, Conway Meacham, of Little Rock; daughter, Terry Dussex (Frank) of Conway, Ark.; grandchildren, Joseph Meacham of Clarendon, Amber Evans (Chris) of Conway, Andrew and Jacob Meacham of Noble, Okla.; two great-grandchildren, Alyson Evans and Evan Meacham.
