Oren D. Douglass

Oren D. Douglass, 92, of Hot Springs, Ark., died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010. He was born in Mabelvale, Ark., on Sept. 3, 1918 to the late George Douglass and Lillian Smith. Doyle was a WWII Veteran having served in the Army Air Corp in Europe and was a Mason. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 40 years, Bonnie Gibbs Douglass and two brothers, Lee and Earl Douglass. Survivors include his two sons, George Dale Douglass and Samuel Rex Douglass. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Ark., (501-455-1067). Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Ark., with Jimmy Young officiating.
