Elbert Williams Sr., fondly called "Chee-Chee", of College Station, 64, transitioned from his earthly body to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010 after a lengthy courageous battle with Heart disease. Elbert was born August 19, 1946 to the late Helen Williams Evans and Robert Jackson. Elbert is survived and sadly missed by sons, Elbert Jr., Tony and Kevin; daughters, Cassandra and Frances; 16 grandchildren; none great-grandchildren; mother of his children, Geraldine Williams; brothers, Freddie Sr., Donald (Janice), Dowell (Ira Jean); sisters, Shelia, Donna (Ricky), Evora (James) and Geneva Hall; a host of very special uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Visitation: today, 1-6 p.m. Funeral: Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, 11 a.m., both to be held at Arms of Peace Funeral Home, Elder Dowell Evans, Eulogist. Interment: Rest in Peace, Hensley, Ark.
