Jackie Lee Davis

Jackie Lee Davis, 51, of Tucker, Arkansas, died Sunday, July 25, 2010, at his home. Jackie was born December 12, 1958, in Stuttgart to Vance M. Davis Sr. and Billie J. Poole Davis who preceded him in death. He was a Stuttgart High School graduate and employed as a correctional officer for 28 years at Arkansas Department of Correction where he was founder of the Unity Program. He was an avid deer hunter. Survivors are three brothers and their families, Vance Davis Jr. of Humphrey, Robert Davis of Killeen, Texas, and James Davis of Blooming Grove, Texas. Funeral services, officiated by Chaplain Patrick McCown and Chaplain Dan Hiser, are 10 a.m., Saturday at Turpin Funeral Home chapel with burial following in Lone Tree Cemetery.
