Virginia Mae Nash Jones

Mrs. Virginia Mae Nash Jones, age 75, of Bryant, was called home by her Lord on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010. She was born November 4, 1934 in Henderson, Texas. Virginia was employed with U. S. Plywood until they closed and then was employed with Warrior of Arkansas. She retired as a Secretary with the John Deer Co. She graduated from Arkadelphia High School, attended Dawn's Business College and was a member of First Christian Church of Benton. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Tom P. Nash and Olivia McMullen Nash. Virginia loved God and her family and would do anything for them even in later life. The best mother and wife there could ever be. She helped her husband build their home in Bryant in 1970 and lived there for forty years. Survivors, husband, Robert M. Jones, Bryant; sons, Kevin Dean Jones, Fayetteville; Robert Kurtis Jones, Bryant; daughter, Kelli Janese Jones, Little Rock; brother, Tom P. Nash, Jacksonville; Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Benton First Christian Church. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church, before services.
