Mary K. Holden

Mary Holden, 87, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 1st, 2011. She was born June 7th, 1924 in Memphis, Tennessee to Clarence and Delpha James. Mrs. Holden loved her family, and really enjoyed spending time with them, especially fishing. She retired from South Western Bell Telephone after 39 years. She was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, where she was active in the Gold Star-Grace Bible study group. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John L. James. Cherishing her memory are her husband of 65 years, Charles Holden; her sister-in-law, Mary Penny of Cabot; and her brother-in-law, Floyd Holden of Sherwood. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday December 5th, 2011 at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 5300 Stagecoach Road, Little Rock, with Bros. Carol Koon and Bob Sligley officiating.
