Phillip George Tustison

PHILLIP GEORGE TUSTISON, 59, of Little Rock, and a CNA for 30 years passed away Dec. 3, 2011, after a three-year battle with cancer. Phillip was born July 6, 1952. He is preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Maxine Tustison, and brother, Richard Tustison. Phillip is survived by his sister, Barbara Alexander and brothers, Joseph Tustison (Virginia), Steve Tustison (Brenda), aunt Mary Musick, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Your laugh, smile and humor will be dearly missed.
