Sue Carol Blizard

Sue Carol Blizard, age 75, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Winfield, Kan. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery located in Winfield, Kan. All arrangements are by Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Ark.
