Jeremy Chad Gage, 39, of Harrisburg, died Monday, Dec. 19 at Harrisburg. Chad was born August 26, 1972 in Paragould. He is survived by wife, Kim; son, Drew; daughter, Abigail; brother, Michael; sisters, Michelle Morgan and Maria Halcom. There will be a private service. Arrangements by Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home.
