James Lee Foley

Bismark James Lee Foley, age 65, of Bismarck, died Friday, Dec. 23, 2011 at his home. He was born May 28, 1946 the son of the late Everette and Louvinia Sallis Foley Sr. He and his wife currently owned and operated the Degray One Stop & Marine Store. He previously worked for National Investors Life Insurance / Metlife for 29 years. He was for a short time a member of the United States Marine Corps, and a member of the Back Forty Hunting Club. He was preceded in death by one brother, Everette Foley Jr. and one sister, Gwendolyn Cole. Survivors are his wife, Sheila Koosmann Foley; three daughters, Tammy Hawley of North Little Rock, Leigh Carson and husband, Randy of Jacksonville, Ark., Jill Lemley and husband, Patrick of Batesville, Ark.; five grandchildren, Shon Hawley, Cody Hawley, Ashleigh Carson, Ryan Lemley and Rylee Lemley; one sister, Barbara Sanders of Mississippi, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28 at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Bro. Chris Morrison officiating. Interment will be in DeRoche Cemetery.
