Louise Summers Cloud of Russellville (formerly of Malvern) was born March 11, 1926 in Hamburg, Ashley County, Ark. to Lonnie and Alma Bryan Summers, and departed this life Dec. 25, 2011. She attended and graduated from Hamburg Public Schools. On May 5, 1945 she became the wife of Morris L. Cloud. Beginning as childhood sweethearts, they were married 66 years 8 months. To this union was born three children who survive her: Dr. Randy (Sandra) Cloud, Texarkana, Ark., Patricia Louise Harris (Muncy) of Benton, Ark. and Dr. Joe A. Cloud (Cheri) of Russellville, Ark. As a proud grandmother, she adored her nine grandsons, one granddaughter and seventeen great- grandchildren. She was a faithful and dedicated mother and wife of a Missionary Baptist Pastor who survives her. She faithfully walked by the side of her pastor husband for over 60 years of ministry. She was a homemaker, and served her Lord faithfully in the Missionary Baptist Church as a Sunday School teacher and in the church choir. Her life was centered around her husband, her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren and her church. She was a Christian example to her family who loved her dearly and thought of her as one of God's most precious and sweetest creations. Family visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 28 from 12:30 p.m. until service time at Second Baptist Church, Malvern, Ark., with funeral service to follow at 2 p.m., conducted by Dr. W. A. Dillard, Bro.
