Lee Vern Tibbitt

Lee Vern Tibbitt, age 78, of Stuttgart passed away on Wednesday, December 28th, 2011. He was born on October 26, 1933 in Dewitt, Arkansas to the late Mattie and Wallace Tibbitt. Survivors include his son: Greg Tibbitt of Woodward, Oklahoma; his sisters: Bertie Stricklin of Dewitt; Faye Tibbitt of Chicago, and Helen Kerns of Dewitt. He was preceded in death by his wife Georgia Ann Tibbitt; his brothers: Wilford Tibbitt and Harold Tibbitt and his sister: Agnes Ward. Vern was a long time employee of Layne-Arkansas, Riceland Foods and most recently Mayflower Food Stores. He was also a veteran in the United States Army. Visitation will be at Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939 on Friday, December 30th, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 31st, 2011 at Lone Tree Cemetery at 11 a.m. with Bro.
