Shirley Noltimier Tullos 86, entered her final rest January 27, 2011. A caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was born on July 15, 1924 in St. Paul Park, Minnesota, where she lived until she married the love of her life, Richard O. Tullos. Known for her endearing smile and kind spirit, she will be forever missed and always loved. Shirley is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard, two children, Frederick Tullos and Pamela Starks, four grandchildren, Stacy Ford, Jeffrey Tullos, Justin Waddle, and Stephen Tullos, and three great-grandchildren, Izzy and Marley Ford and Jesse Waddle.
