Cynthia (Cindy) Higginbottom, 53, of Hardy, Ark., died Thursday. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, at Heath Oak Hill Chapel of Highland. Funeral service will be at Ward Street Church of Christ at 2 p.m. Monday, Interment will be at Hardy Cemetery online registry at www.heathfuneralhome.net.
