Sarah Belle Dorsey Rowles Wilkins, 77, of Redfield, Arkansas died Sunday. Survivors: daughter, Sandra Wilkins; son, Richard Wilkins, both of Redfield; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
