Joy Ruby Starr

Joy Ruby Starr, 88, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011. She was born in Conway to Odie J. and Lula Starr. She is survived by her brothers, Harold Starr, of Little Rock and Don Starr, of North Little Rock; and sisters, Linda Giesecke and Shirley Brown, of North Little Rock and Karen Jeffcoat, of Alexander. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 13, from 3-5 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Monday, February 14 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Dr. Bob Dunaway, followed by burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
