Kay Branscum, 59, died February 14. Funeral service will be Wednesday, February 16 at 2 p.m. at the New Hope Fellowship Church with Wade Moser officiating. Burial will be at Branscum Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
