Tammy Sue Pearce

Tammy Sue Pearce, 44, of Vilonia passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011. She was born May 18, 1966 in Jacksonville, Ark., to Bertha (Pearce) Crawford and Barty O'Neal Pearce. Tammy was a 1984 graduate of Vilonia High School where she played in the band. After graduation she worked in the restaurant industry. Tammy was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and, friend. She loved to write poetry and was an avid softball player. She was a Certified Nurse's Assistant and a home care worker. Tammy was the apple of her Mom and Dad's eye and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Lewis and Vera Pearce, Felix and Martha Smith Survivors include her aforementioned parents; two sons: PFC Matthew Behrs of Hawaii and Hunter Pearce of the home; sister Roxann Cantrell and husband Rick ; brother Todd Pearce and wife Jennifer; nephews Connor Marsh and Jacob Pearce and niece Megan Pearce all of Vilonia. A memorial gathering will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2011 at Vilonia Senior Citizens Center.
