Betty Jean Vaden

Betty Jean Vaden, 79, of McRae, died Tuesday, February 15, 2011. She was born July 1, 1931 in Black Oak, Arkansas to the late Wesley and Altie Vaughn Berry. She was a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Vaden is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Linda Jean Vaden; three brothers, Ruben Berry; J.W. Berry; Bruce Berry; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Berry Wilson and Martha Jeanette Berry. Survivors include her husband, Jack Vaden; two sons, Thomas Vaden and wife Mona of McRae; Danny Vaden and wife Gail of McRae; daughter, Barbara Vaden of McRae; brother, Bernard Berry and wife Joyce; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; numerous other family and friends. A visitation time will be held from Noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2011 with services following at 2 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Haney officiating.
