Frances Schmidt

Frances Schmidt, 88, of Sherwood, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a retired office manager for American Building Services. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Spencer of North Little Rock; brother, Edmund Zakrzeski of Little Rock; sister, Regina Slayton of Memphis, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Ashleigh Harvey of North Little Rock and Susan Tobey of Sherwood; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Nathan Harvey, Blake and Bailey Tobey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudy Schmidt. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 2222, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203 or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
