Kenneth Monroe Mangum

Kenneth Monroe Mangum, 65, former business's owner in McGehee, Arkansas died February 19, 2011 in Germantown, Tennessee. Kenneth was born January 5, 1946 in Kelso, Arkansas the son of the late, Lee Buford Mangum and Thelma Ferguson Mangum. Kenneth was Baptist and owner of Mangum Chrysler Dealership, LB Mangum and Sons Construction and Boat & Camper in McGehee, Arkansas. His sister, Velma Millerd and two nephews preceded Kenneth in death. Survivors are his wife, Sheila Mangum and son, Paul (Sabrina) Mangum of Germantown, Tennessee, stepson, Doug Blissett and step daughter, Angie (Mark) Snow, brother, Floyd (Patsy) Mangum of Dermott, Arkansas and two sisters, Mary Nichols of Dumas, Arkansas and Carolyn (Jerry Don) Sledge of Little Rock, Arkansas, four grandchildren, Nate Mangum, Brent, Katie and Dylan Blissett. Visitation held 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, February 22, Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Services held 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terri Lynn Bunnell officiating followed by burial in Tillar Cemetery, Tillar, Arkansas. Memorials made in Kenneth memory can be to donor's choice of charity. Arrangements: Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, Arkansas.
