Wayne E. Young, 83, of West Memphis, passed away February 21, 2011. The visitation will be February 24, 2011 from 1-2 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis. The service will follow at 2 p.m. and interment will be in Parkin Cemetery in Parkin.
