William Allen, 61, of Little Rock passed away February 22, 2011. He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Shirlean Allen; children, Rickie Allen, Stacey Lee Allen, Brenda Faye Allen, Bianca Allen, Nina Bell, and Nyiesha Artis; mother, Willie Allen; siblings, Zatches Allen, Harold Allen, Wallace Allen, Wanda Jones, and Shawnece Norwood; 20 grandchildren.
