Marvin Nelson Quick

Marvin Nelson Quick, 69, of Conway passed away Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011. He was born Aug. 1, 1941 in Little Rock to the late Alfred and Maude Reeves Quick. Marvin retired from AT&T after 47 years of service. He loved to fish and enjoyed riding his little green tractor. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Tammy Quick of Conway; two sons, Daniel Darby of Conway and Kevin (Veronica) Quick of Plano, Texas; daughter, Leslie Quick of Plano, Texas; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild; two brothers, John (Billie) Quick of Texas, Michael (Kathleen) Quick of Virginia; four sisters, Jane Waldrop of Louisiana, Barbara (Hershal) Kay, Karen (Glenn Robert) Cartwright, and Malinda (Michael) Villar all of Oklahoma; 16 nieces and nephews; 23 great-nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at the North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170.
