Nellie Faye Small

Nellie Faye Small, age 80 of Romance, died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2010. She was born at Scott, Ark. Jan. 31, 1930, the daughter of Millous and Alice Rosa Watts. Mrs. Small was a homemaker and a member of the Rose Bud Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Wilma Simpson; grandmother, Mary Ellen Rosa and great-grandsons; Dakota Mason and Joe Pierson Jr. Surviving is her husband of 55 years, Daniel Small Jr.; son Ronald Castera of Romance; daughters, Brenda Miener of New Castle, Calif. and Lynda Johnston of Valley Springs, Calif.; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Rose Bud Assembly of God Church. Burial will be 2:30 p.m. at Forrest Hills Cemetery, Alexander, Ark.
