Tom Perkins, age 74, of Jasper, Ark. died Thursday. Survivors are his wife, Barbara, son, Tommy, Jr., and daughter, Lechelle Walters. Visitation 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, July 5. Service at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, both at the First Baptist Church in Jasper, Ark. Burial in Jasper Cemetery.
