Harley "Glenn" Morehart, 79, of Edgemont, Arkansas formerly of Harrisburg, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 7, 2011. He was born December 1, 1931 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Harley and Minnie Meyer Morehart. He graduated from Mabelvale High School and attended Henderson State and UALR. He was employed by and retired from APL after 42 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sons James and Larry Morehart. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mildred Warman Morehart of Edgemont; daughter, Sandra (husband Gary) Spears of Harrisburg; daughter-in-law, Donna Davis Morehart of Newport; granddaughter, Kara Morehart and fiancé Thomas Parker; grandson, Matthew (wife Kristen) Morehart; and great-grandson, Landyn Morehart all of Fayetteville. Graveside services will be held 9:30 a.m., Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Martin Cemetery in Little Rock, followed by a memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. at Holiday Hills United Methodist Church at Greers Ferry, Arkansas with Reverend Dan Brand officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Holiday Hills United Methodist Church, 8824 Edgemont Road, Greers Ferry, Arkansas 72067.
