Noel Franklin Burgess, 76, died July 29. Funeral service will be Monday, Aug. 1 at 10 a.m. at the Calico Rock Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Spring Creek Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock. Visitation will be Sunday, July 31 from 6-8 p.m.
