Pennsylvania "Penny" Rivers-Hill

Pennsylvania "Penny" Rivers-Hill, 96 of San Francisco, California, formerly of Holly Grove and Pine Bluff, Arkansas, died Sunday June 12 at St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco. Her sister, Cynthia (husband, Jesse) Walls, a godson, Melvin (wife, Mary Jean) Caldwell and a host of other relatives survive her. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 27 at 1 p.m. at Branscumb Funeral Home Chapel in Brinkley. Interment will take place at Hayes Cemetery in Holly Grove by Branscumb Funeral Home of Brinkley.
