ELSIE M. GAYLOR, 93, of Little Rock, passed away on April 26, 2011. She was born in Arkadelphia to Jim and Lonnie Ellen South McJunkin and was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her parents; six brothers; four sisters; and her husband, Joe Mitchell Gaylor. She is survived by her only child, Darlene Hostetler (widow of Richard Hostetler) of Sallisaw, Okla.; granddaughter, Rhonda Agent of Sallisaw; grandson, Steve Hostetler and wife, Laurie of Canada; great-granddaughters, Dr. Nerissa Collins (Dr. Scott Collins) of Rochester, Minn. and Nikki Behan Hostetler, also of Canada; great-grandson Nathan Perry Hostetler (Jen Perry Hostetler) and five great-great-grandchildren, also of Canada. She has one surviving brother, Doyle McJunkin and wife, Sue of Little Rock. Mrs. Gaylor was a life-long resident of Little Rock, a retired employee of Westinghouse and the Little Rock School System. Her life was dedicated to her family and friends and taking care of others. Visitation will be Monday, May 2 from 4-6 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Tuesday, May 3 at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Chaplain Scott Martin, followed by interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
