Anna Ruth McDaniel

Anna Ruth McDaniel, 82, of Hattieville, Ark., formerly of Inside Camp Robinson, passed away at her home on Monday, May 2, 2011. The daughter of Jake and Thelma Neal Stark, she was born January 17, 1929 in Morganton, Ark. She married Robert A. "Bob" McDaniel on November 21, 1947. She was a member of the Pottsville ARP Church. She was a 1947 graduate of Pottsville High School. Ruth loved sitting on the porch, working in the garden and caring for those around her. She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers. Left to cherish her memory are husband, Robert "Bob" McDaniel of Hattieville; three sons, Joe David McDaniel working in Afghanistan, Robert Larry McDaniel of North Little Rock, Charles Paul McDaniel & Sharon of Little Rock; one daughter, Roberta "Robin" McDaniel & Sandra Hayley of Hattieville; three grandchildren, Bobby Lynn McDaniel & Gina of Little Rock, Jeff Tucker & Kaye of Shreveport, La., Stephanie Belcher & Shane of Georgia; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joe and Herbert Stark; sister, June Stark. Memorial service to celebrate her life will be 1 p.m., Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Humphrey Chapel. Reverend Donna Rountree will officiate.
