Coga Martin Ringgold

COGA MARTIN RINGGOLD, 94, of Sherwood, passed away Friday, May 6, 2011. She was a member of Hurricane Lake Baptist Church in Bryant. She later attended Indianhead Lake Baptist Church in Sherwood. She is survived by two daughters, Lois Olsen of Sherwood and Anna Detherow (Glynn) of Benton; one son, Louis Kelley of Pacifica, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Ray Kelley, Charles Kelley, Karen Tomboli, John Kelley, Kay Creasy, Jeanette Talbot, and Cindi Taylor; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Margaret Oliver of Greenbrier; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Troy Treadway and Joe Ringgold; one son, Doyen Kelley; one grandchild, Michael Brians; and 11 siblings. Coga enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and camping. She also loved crocheting and going to singings. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be at Harmony Cemetery on Highway 89 in North Little Rock. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 758-1170.
