VIDA MAE PAGE BOLDING, 91, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 13, 2011. She was born on Oct. 1, 1919 to Andrew and Ruth Hooks Page. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 70 years, Mildred "Bill" Bolding, son Eugene Bolding, grandson Martin Eugene Bolding Jr., three brothers, Bryant Page, Brice Page and Gene Page, and two sisters, Ruby Manley and Ona Johnson. She is survived by a son, John Bolding of Flippin, Ark.; three daughters, Yvonne Dorsey and Ree Dinger (Charles) of Little Rock, Ark., and Brenda Rytima (Eric) of Benton, Ark.; eight grandchildren, Lisa Holiman, Shelly Hartness, Sheena Olson, Shannon Sahr, Tyler Rytima, Sharon, Brenda and Billy Bolding; 11 great-grandchildren; brother Carl Page Jr. (Ophelia) of Morgan Hill, Calif.; her special dog, Sparky; and her special friend Joyce Oswald. Vida was a member of Westwood Baptist Church and ABWA. She retired from Dillard's (twice) where she began selling children's shoes in the 1950's at the Pfeifer Store. She appears to have fit half of Little Rock in shoes. She was known for her kind heart, graciousness, and beauty. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, May 16, 2011 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501)224-8300. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at the funeral home, with Brother Melburn Hill officiating. Burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Ark.
