Dorthy Deckard, 66, passed away May 16, 2011. Her parents Winnie and Thurman Bailey preceded her in death. Survivors: children, Michael (Shay) Deckard, Ida; Melissa (Dewayne) Bunker, Heber Springs; father of her children, L.E. Deckard; and granddaughters, Ansley Lane Deckard and Kayla Raye Bunker.
