Earnestine Johnson

EARNESTINE C. JOHNSON (TOLBERT), 81, of Little Rock, departed this life May 18, 2011. She worked three years at L.R.A.F.B., 11 years for Kellwood Co. and 15 years for NLR School District. She was a long-time member of New Zion Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul Caruthers Sr. and Annie Wright Caruthers; brothers, Robert L. Caruthers and Paul Caruthers Jr.; sister, Pauline Jackson; daughters, Ruthie L. Wallace and JoAnn Henderson. She leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, Willie Jean Pearson (Waymon), G. Faye Young, Cora Holmes; sons, Frank L. Johnson Sr., Edmond D. Dukes Sr., Tyrone O. Keels; sisters, Ida B. Tolbert, Lilly Young; brothers, Walter Chukes and Mack A. Chukes; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends. Viewing will only be held on Friday, 1-6 p.m. at Robinson Mortuary.
