Infant Nevaeh Grace Horn, newborn, of Clarksville died at Saint Edwards Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She leaves behind to cherish her memory: her mother, Sarah Elizabeth Horn, and her grandparents Pastors Larry and Terry Horn of Clarksville. Services are 2 p.m. Monday at the Clarksville First Assembly of God Church.
